For standard RetroFragra-branded export master cartons, our MOQ is 500 cartons (which can be consolidated across multiple fragrance SKUs into a 20'GP container). For trial orders, we accommodate LCL (Less than Container Load) pallet shipments starting from 100 master cartons. For customized Private Label OEM runs, the MOQ is 2,000 retail boxes per stick SKU.

We provide full-size retail presentation sample kits containing 6 curated export fragrances (hand-rolled sticks, bamboo-free dhoop, cones, and Bakhoor) to registered B2B distributors and retail buyers. Every commercial container shipment is accompanied by a complete export document suite: Commercial Invoice & Packing List, Clean On-Board Ocean Bill of Lading (B/L), Certificate of Origin (COO - Non-Preferential / Preferential), Phytosanitary & Fumigation Certificate, Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS), Certificate of Analysis (COA), and IFRA 50th Amendment Compliance Dossiers.

We operate under Incoterms® 2020 on FOB India Seaport, CIF Destination Port, and CFR terms. Payment is structured via Irrevocable Letter of Credit (L/C at sight) from first-class international banks or standard Telegraphic Transfer (30% Advance T/T deposit with 70% balance payable against scanned Ocean Bill of Lading).

All items are sealed in moisture-barrier OPP inner pouches with aroma-lock seals, packed into rigid multi-ply inner retail cartons, and housed inside heavy-duty 5-ply export master cartons rated at 200+ PSI burst strength, fully shrink-wrapped with corner protectors and strapped onto ISPM-15 heat-treated wooden pallets.
