1. Commercial Information We Collect

We collect trade information transmitted directly through our Commercial Inquiries, B2B Sample Kit Requests, and RFQ forms — including company legal names, procurement officer contact details, corporate email addresses, phone and mobile contact numbers, destination seaport preferences, and projected annual container volumes.

2. How Commercial Data is Utilized

Data collected is utilized strictly to formulate formal Proforma Invoices (PI), dispatch international sensory sample kits, coordinate ocean freight bookings with container shipping lines, and furnish destination customs clearance documentation (COO, MSDS, COA). We never monetize, sell, or disclose proprietary trade data to third parties.

3. Private Label & Formulation Confidentiality (NDA)

Custom perfumery recipes, client brand artworks, dielines, and private-label formulas compounded in our laboratory are protected under non-disclosure agreements (NDAs). Proprietary scent formulations developed exclusively for a partner will never be released to competing brands or regional channels.

4. Enterprise Data Security

We enforce industry-standard administrative, physical, and digital safeguards across all digital communication portals and ERP database environments to safeguard commercial contracts and international payment details against unauthorized access.

5. Partner Rights & Data Erasure

International buyers may at any time request an audit, modification, or complete deletion of their company information from our commercial mailing systems by communicating directly with export@retrofragra.com.
